Summary: The owners were very accommodating and informative. The house was clean! organized, outfitted with everything needed to have a great time. Easy access to kayaking, and the beach 4 blocks away. The town is just north and an easy bike ride. Our stay was quiet. and the local cat was personable. Affordable. great place, the beds were great. Would recommend to anyone on a budget. The kitchen had all you would need except food.

Summary: The property was great and was exactly as described. We personally loved everything the property had. It was so convienent to just take bikes out to get ice cream or Kayaks. It was so nice to not have to go through the rental process for bikes or kayaks and worry about time. They even had boggie boards for us to use. Communication was great with the owners.

Summary: We really enjoyed our stay here. The house felt bigger than the pictures show, the neighborhood was quiet and peaceful and we loved the easy access to both the Kayak dock and the beach and took advantage of both. We would love to come back again and spend more time enjoying everything this place has to offer.

Summary: The cottage was comfortable and convenient for our family of 5, including 3 young children. The abundance of beach gear and toys made visiting the beach with young children much more convenient, enjoyable, and manageable. The location is quiet but still just a short walk to the beach, and a moderate walk or 3 minute drive to several shops and restaurants. We would highly recommend this property.

Summary: Fiesta Flamingo Cottage was amazing!! Great location, easy access, comfortable, clean, fun amenities. The host is awesome! She and her husband were attentive and made us feel very welcome. If our plans take us to Cocoa Beach again, Fiesta Flamingo will be our #1choice!

Summary: This place is great! Located on a quiet side street but close to downtown. 5 minute walk to the beach. The unit is fully equipped with everything you could possibly need. Bikes, beach items and kayaks are included and available for your use. Janel and Mark, property managers, are terrific! They are very responsive and great to work with. We will be back!

Summary: This property met our needs and it added to our vacation. The kitchen was well equipped. Bathroom was nice and tidy. We appreciated the comfortable beds. Our family enjoyed use of the kayaks and beach gear. They have a nice outdoor shower for rinsing off the sand, which we found helpful. Caretaker Jackie is on site and is always responsive. The cats who came to visit were also memorable! Property is a short walk to the river and a nice beach.
